Yankee stadium located in the borough of the Bronx in New York City has long been considered one of the most famous ball parks in the entire world. Home of the New York Yankees, a team which has won more World Series Championships than any other team, will be replaced by a new stadium in 2009.

The existing structure seats 57,545 and has been open since 1923. It was nicknamed “The House That Ruth Built” after baseball legend, Babe Ruth.
